Freddie Barrett offers a revolutionary approach to achieving balance. This highly experiential process begins from the premise that managing energy, not time, is the key to achieving balance and addresses the question: how does full engagement contribute to balance? We explore the questions: what is most important? and how do you spend your time? Since work-life balance is unique to each person, you will create a personalized action plan that looks at the roles you play, aligns these with what's most important to you, and focuses on the next steps that will make the biggest difference in achieving balance.
