Freddie Barrett, Leadership Coach and Consultant, launched her career at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco developing a new employee orientation and managing cash operations. She served over 20 years in high-tech sales and sales management consistently over achieving her aggressive targets while building relationships and delighting customers. Freddie has 10 years experience in leadership development and Executive Coaching working with leaders at Nokia Networks, T-Mobile, Hewlett-Packard, Allianz Life, and Horizon Airlines. Freddie is passionate about working with business leaders to achieve business results while achieving personal growth and creating healthy, vital working relationships. Freddie holds a Masters degree in Applied Behavioral Science, a Bachelors degree in Business Management, and is an ICF Certified Leadership Coach. She believes her successful and diverse career is the result of living the principles of renewal and resiliencebeing positive, flexible, organized, focused and proactive.
